What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase/want to exchange for a different size, you have the right to return the unworn pair of shoes within 4 weeks of receiving them for a full refund/exchange.

What is your Return procedure?

Please contact us through email at support@storemoustache.com before you return the shoes so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code that you can include in the package for our easy reference.  

Who bears the return shipping costs?

Return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer. 

To which address do I need to return the shoes?

Shipping time is mentioned on individual product pages. Custom/bulk orders may take longer depending on the order volume & customer specifications etc.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping to USA, UK, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE is $10. For rest of the world, it is $25.

Shipping is free on orders above $250.

What courier service do you use?

We work with DHL or FEDEX, premium courier service provider worldwide  to ensure that you have a hassle free end-to-end shopping experience.

Are there any chances of the products getting damaged during transit?

No, our products are packed safely and put inside a courier box before shipping as an additional safety precaution.
